3.2 Attendance Verification
- Employee approaches the terminal.
- The device wakes from standby.
- Employee places finger on the sensor.
- The device compares the live scan against stored templates (1:N matching).
- Upon match, the LCD displays the User ID, Name, and verifies "Successful."
- A voice prompt ("Thank You") is triggered, and the transaction log (ID, Time, Date) is saved.
