The Nathan Drake Collection for PlayStation 4 includes remastered versions of all three games, boasting 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. The collection also features reworked graphics, including detailed character models, environments, and lighting effects. In addition to the games, the collection includes: Speed Run Mode: Track your time per chapter

- Explorer Mode: A brand new difficulty level for casual players. Enemies deal almost no damage, allowing you to experience the story without death frustration.
- Brutal Mode: For masochists. Enemies kill you in one or two shots. This was not in the original games.
- Render Modes: Unlockable visual filters (including a cel-shaded mode and a "next-gen" filter that deepens contrast).

- Trophy Overhaul: The trophy lists have been reworked. The infamous "Beat the game on Crushing" is still there, but the multiplayer trophies (now defunct) have been removed, making the Platinum trophy achievable.
