Starting the Scooter

1. Insert the key into the ignition (located under the speed dial).
2. Turn to the "On" position. The display will flash a self-diagnostic check.
3. Wait for the "green boot" icon. The manual stresses waiting 3 seconds after turning the key before touching the throttle. Rapid cycling (on/off/on) can confuse the motor controller.
