Proshika Shabda is a Bengali typeface developed to support readability, cultural identity, and digital inclusion for Bengali-script users. This paper presents its design goals, technical development (glyph set, OpenType features, hinting), implementation choices, usability testing, and potential impact on publishing, education, and web accessibility.
