Unlocking a Pro-face HMI typically involves trying default passwords, accessing the system menu through specific touch gestures, or, in extreme cases, initializing the memory. Quick Access & Defaults
- A purchase invoice for the machine.
- A letter from your company on letterhead.
- A photo of the HMI serial number inside the machine.
If you have access to the original project file on your PC, you can remove or change passwords through the GP-Pro EX software: Go to the [Project (F)] menu →right arrow [Information (I)] →right arrow [Project Information (I)].
