3D Milling & Surfacing: The 9.1 update refined 3D roughing, finishing, and surfacing toolpaths, enabling the creation of intricate parts with complex geometries.

  1. Improved Toolpath Optimization: Enhance the toolpath optimization algorithms to reduce machining time, improve surface finish, and minimize tool wear.
  2. Advanced Multi-Axis Milling: Introduce new multi-axis milling strategies, such as 5-axis simultaneous milling, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Enhanced Simulation: Develop a more comprehensive simulation environment to test and validate toolpaths, including improved collision detection and material removal simulation.
  4. Support for New Machine Types: Add support for new machine types, such as Swiss-type lathes or specialized milling machines.
  5. Cloud-Based Collaboration: Introduce cloud-based collaboration tools to enable multiple users to work on the same project simultaneously.
