- Unplug the phone.
- Hold Volume Down + Power for 15 seconds to force a reboot.
- Immediately re-run the Thor2 command.
Step 3: The Flashing Process
- Connect the Lumia 650 to the PC while holding Volume Down (or force a reboot while connected).
- Wait for the Red Screen/Lightning Bolt.
- Drivers should install (identified as Lumia Bootloader).
- Deploy the FFU via Thor2 or WDRT.
- The device wipes and rewrites partitions (Emergency Restore complete).
