Best Practices

• 1. Lost or Misplaced License Code: Users may lose or misplace their license code, which can prevent them from activating or using the software.
  2. Invalid License Code: Users may enter an invalid license code, which can prevent them from activating or using the software.
  3. Expiry of License Code: Users may forget to renew their license code, which can cause the software to cease functioning.
  1. In the License Manager, choose "Offline Activation."
  2. The software generates a request.html file. Save this to a USB drive.
  3. Take the USB drive to a computer with internet access.
  4. Go to the Itoo Offline Activation portal (provided in the dialog).
  5. Upload the request.html file. The website will generate an response.html file.
  6. Take the response.html back to the offline workstation.
  7. Load the response file in the License Manager. Activation complete.
