1. Design your icon on a transparent canvas. Save as MyIcon.png.
2. Use ConvertICO to generate a .ico file containing multiple resolutions (16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 256x256). Crucial: Windows needs the small sizes for list view and the large sizes for desktop view.
3. Open IconTweaker Builder. Click "Add New Entry."
4. Select the target (e.g., "Folder - Standard").
