The Core Problem: Why Windows 11 Breaks the 6022BL
The Hantek 6022BL uses a Cypress FX2LP microcontroller. On older operating systems (Windows 7/8/XP), Microsoft included legacy drivers that spoke the proprietary language of these chips.
