Gerber AccuMark is designed to handle the entire "concept-to-production" workflow. Gerber AccuMark V14 Update: What's New and Improved

  • In Plot Options, enable/include: grainlines, notches, matchlines, piece labels, seam allowances — whichever you require.
  • If you need nested pieces or solid fill for each piece, enable “Fill within shapes” / “Piece fill” or similar. (Some AccuMark versions call this “Rasterize fills” or “Area Fill”.)
  • Preview the plot using Preview/Plot Preview to confirm pieces are solid (filled) and positioned correctly.
  • Click Print/Plot and choose output file location (or send to the PDF printer). Name the file and save.
  • Open the generated PDF to verify solid fills and print settings. If edges look rasterized or low-res, re-run using a higher DPI in the plotter/printer properties (e.g., 600–1200 DPI).
