2. Direct Firmware Flashing via USB

Previous versions of Fastgsm Bcm relied on a combination of ADB and download modes. Version 1.0.0.7 introduces a "Raw USB Write" protocol. This allows the software to flash full firmware packages directly to the Broadcom chip’s dedicated memory region. What does that mean for you? 3.1 Firmware Handling

• Flash full firmware (CHS, CP, CSC, userdata, system, boot) in BCM sparse format.
• Flash single partition — useful for repairing boot loops (boot.img, recovery.img).
• Dead boot repair via BROM preloader mode with forced handshake on BCM214xx.
• Auto-detect corrupted NAND blocks and remapping.
