Release of MOC3 File Verification Tool
A vulnerability has been confirmed in Live2D Cubism Core, which may cause a crash of “Cubism Editor” and “Cubism Viewer (for OW)” when loading MOC3 files that are not in the correct format.
We have taken countermeasures for Cubism Editor 4.2.03_1 and Cubism Editor 4.2.04 beta3 or later, but past versions require continued attention.
Please download “MOC3 Consistency Checker,” a tool for verifying whether or not the MOC3 files are in the correct format.
For details, please refer to the Live2D Cubism Core Vulnerability Announcement.
The difference between “release version” and “beta version”.
The beta version allows you try out the latest features that will be available in future release versions. The release version is definitive and relatively stable.
FIFA Manager 13 requires hardware graphics acceleration" error typically indicates a conflict between the game’s older DirectX 9 requirements and modern Windows settings or drivers. Quick Fixes
Disable remote/virtual drivers
The error message "FIFA Manager 13 requires hardware graphics acceleration" typically occurs when the game cannot detect or access your computer's Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) or the necessary software drivers to render 3D environments. This usually happens on modern operating systems like Windows 10 or 11 due to driver incompatibilities, missing legacy components like DirectX 9.0c, or system settings that disable hardware acceleration. Potential Causes
In 99% of cases, Fix #1 (Windows Graphics Settings – High Performance) or Fix #2 (NVIDIA Control Panel) will solve the issue immediately. You just need to physically point Windows toward the correct GPU.
- Hardware Transform & Lighting (T&L)
- Pixel Shader 2.0
- 128 MB dedicated video memory (shared memory may work but is not recommended)
If fixes fail
- Try running in a clean boot (msconfig) to rule out conflicts.
- If using a VM or very old hardware (pre-DirectX 9-era GPU), the game may be unusable.
- As a last resort, run the game on another PC with a known working GPU.
Alex stared at the words. He had been staring for forty minutes. The cursor blinked patiently beside the single, mocking button: OK.
