Step 1: Manual CC Archive Cleanup
Navigate to your Fallout 4 data folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data). Look for any files named cc*.ba2 or cc*.esp. These are your installed Creation Club items. Back them up elsewhere, then delete them from the Data folder. Also, delete the file Fallout4.ccc.
