Your Leap is now as fresh as the day it left the factory. However, BlackBerry’s servers for BB10 are mostly offline. Here is what to do next:

Step 4: Connect Your Leap

  • While the command prompt says “Waiting for device…” or “Connect your device,” connect your powered-off Leap to your PC via USB.
  • Within 5 seconds, the Autoloader will detect the device in “Download Mode.” The phone will show a black screen or a white “BB” logo.
